Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on all products except on "final sale items", which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your skincare item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or BOGO items. However, these items may be exchanged for another product or service at skinCARE MedSpa at CARE Plastic Surgery.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to bring your item(s) to our office at CARE Plastic Surgery, 2001 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513, and select your new item(s) in person.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days or receive a credit to your CARE account, which can be used for any future MedSpa services.
